You will then be redirected to our brief questionnaire page where you’ll be able to tell us everything we need to know about your product, target demographic, video requirements and more! Make sure to complete a questionnaire for each video you order, if you’ve ordered multiple videos.

4. Our team finishes all the dirty work for you.

Once all that is complete our team will get to work scouring the internet for videos of your product to compile and edit. Your video & thumbnail will then be sent to your inbox!

The delivery time may vary depending on the package you select. We offer delivery speeds anywhere from a single day or up to 3 days. Bulk packages may vary.

Yes! We offer videos in any language you would like. After our copywriters create the script you will be sent the script for translation.

If you are looking to purchase the UGC Package we will provide you with a location to ship your product after all the details are submitted. For our regular ads we will source all content from the web.

There is still a risk in the video clips original creator reaching out and making copyright claims, or asking you to take the video down. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that the clips in your videos are safe to use.We are simply editing videos for you. It is your decision of whether you think they are viable for your marketing platforms. If you don’t feel like the video is useable, we offer a free revision within 24 hours of receiving your video.

We accept revisions on your video up to 72 hours after you placed your initial order. Once 72 hours has passed from the day you submitted your questionnaire, no revisions will be accepted unless agreed upon by our team in special circumstances.

If you wish to still submit a revision there will be a small fee.

Our refund policy at BandsOffAds is very simple.

If you ask for a refund within 30 minutes of ordering, we will happily issue you a refund. The reason the refund window is so small is because, we begin working on your videos right away to have them delivered within 1-3 days.

Once a video is created, there are no refunds. All videos created and delivered to clients of bandsoffads.com are nonrefundable because there is no way for us to recoup our costs once we have created the video.

Even though we have a strict refund policy, we also offer unlimited revisions on every video ordered. We always want to make sure our clients are happy with the end result of their video.
